Accessibility statement
DigitalSpur’s target for usable public commerce across devices, inputs, and connection conditions.
On this page
Our target
DigitalSpur targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA for the public website, guest checkout, customer authentication, transaction recovery, receipts, and ticket access.
Accepted route families are checked with automated accessibility scans and manual keyboard, focus, responsive, zoom, contrast, and reduced-motion review. Automated checks do not prove complete conformance.
Designed for
The public experience is designed for keyboard use, visible focus, semantic landmarks and headings, linked form errors, restrained status announcements, 200 percent text zoom, reduced motion, colour-independent status, and touch targets suitable for compact screens.
Payment and service delivery use separate text labels and icons. Decorative atlas artwork is hidden from assistive technology, while receipts and service results remain available through an accessible verified flow.
Known limitations and review items
Accessibility review continues through manual assistive-technology testing, forced-colours review, low-bandwidth validation, and complete page and state audits.
Third-party hosted payment pages and provider-operated channels can have accessibility characteristics outside the DigitalSpur page. Report a barrier so the available route or recovery option can be investigated.
Accessibility feedback
Email support@digitalspur.co.zw with the subject “Accessibility feedback”. Include the page, action, device, browser, and assistive technology where possible, plus the format or adjustment that would help.
Do not send passwords, wallet PINs, card information, one-time codes, ticket codes, or complete token values. Support will explain any available escalation step.
