Permitted use
Use DigitalSpur to browse services and events, request quotes, make authorised payments, track your transactions, retrieve your receipts or service results, manage your account, and obtain support.
Provide accurate service inputs and contact details, use payment instruments you are authorised to use, respect ticket quantity and inventory rules, and protect your account and verification challenges.
Prohibited activity
Do not probe or bypass access controls, enumerate transaction references, automate abusive requests, test stolen payment information, impersonate another customer, manipulate quotes or payment returns, evade rate limits, or resell receipts, tickets, or service results without authority.
Do not misuse service references, tickets, event availability, promotions, support channels, or verification challenges. Do not upload malicious material or interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of DigitalSpur or connected systems.
Never send wallet PINs, passwords, card numbers, CVV, secret answers, one-time codes, ticket codes, access tokens, or complete electricity token values to DigitalSpur support or conversational channels.
Protection and enforcement
DigitalSpur may rate-limit, block, suspend, investigate, preserve evidence, revoke sessions or access grants, cancel invalid inventory holds, or refer activity for review where needed to protect customers, providers, events, transactions, or systems.
High-impact decisions are recorded and reviewable. Support can explain any notice or appeal process that applies.
