Scope and status
This policy covers the DigitalSpur public website, guest checkout, customer accounts, transaction recovery, event tickets, support, and available web, USSD, and WhatsApp services.
Contact support@digitalspur.co.zw if you have a privacy question or want to exercise a data right.
Information we collect
Guest checkout may use an email address, phone number, display name, the service inputs required for the selected product, acceptance records, and opaque checkout or transaction references.
An account may include a display name, email address, credential and verification state, active sessions, notification preferences, saved service references, linked eligible purchases, and support cases.
Transaction records can include the accepted quote, currency, charges, payment and delivery status, external references returned for a purchase, and secure receipt or ticket details. Security records can include network and browser signals, rate-limit decisions, verification attempts, consent records, and security events.
How we use information
Information is used to validate service inputs, create and preserve quotes, start payments, complete purchases, issue receipts and tickets, recover transaction status, provide support, maintain accounts, and meet security, fraud-prevention, reconciliation, legal, and audit obligations.
The customer web currently loads no analytics or advertising scripts. Any optional analytics introduced later must use consent and avoid raw contact details or complete service references.
Storage, security, and retention
Browser sessions use secure server-managed cookies. Contact details and private purchase results are protected at rest; access links and verification tokens are scoped and time-limited; logs exclude passwords and complete protected values.
Short-lived checkout sessions and unused verification challenges expire. Transaction, payment, delivery, consent, dispute, security, and audit records are retained only for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, and reconciliation needs.
Your choices and rights
A customer may request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion or anonymisation of eligible personal information, withdraw optional communication consent, revoke sessions, or request account deletion.
DigitalSpur verifies a requester before disclosing or changing protected data. Some records may remain where required for payments, financial records, fraud prevention, security, disputes, reconciliation, or audit integrity.
