Plain-language summary

These terms explain guest checkout, accounts, payments, service delivery, tickets, refunds, and acceptable use.

Status and agreement

By completing checkout or creating an account, you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice shown at that time.

A later change to these terms does not rewrite the terms recorded for an earlier transaction.

Guest checkout and accounts

A customer may browse, receive a quote, pay, track a transaction, and securely access a result without creating an account. Account creation is optional unless a service clearly requires it.

Customers must provide accurate information, protect account passwords, and review their active sessions. A transaction can be linked to an account only after the contact details are verified.

Products and availability

Required fields, currencies, prices, payment methods, inventory, and availability can differ by service, channel, and time.

A service shown while browsing may become unavailable. The order and total you review before payment are the basis of your purchase.

Quotes, charges, and payment

Before payment, DigitalSpur presents the product, masked recipient or reference, quantity or package, base price, applied discount when present, service fee, tax when present, total payable, currency, eligible payment routes, and quote expiry as returned by the service.

A payment attempt is bound to the selected route. A pending or ambiguous payment must not be repeated blindly. Customers should use the transaction reference to check status before trying again.

Service delivery

Payment and service delivery are separate states. Confirmed payment can be followed by pending fulfilment, completion, failure, or manual review; payment success alone does not mean a token, voucher, airtime credit, ticket, or bill acknowledgement is ready.

Receipts, tokens, vouchers, and tickets remain protected. Access requires an active checkout session, verified guest-access grant, or authenticated ownership.

Event tickets

A ticket order depends on the event date, ticket type, price, quantity limit, availability, and hold. On-sale, closed, sold-out, and cancelled states remain distinct.

Inventory is held only for the stated period. Payment after a hold expires may require another availability check or a refund review before a ticket can be issued. Transfer, cancellation, and admission rules can differ by event.

Acceptable use

Customers must not commit fraud, use stolen payment details, interfere with another person’s account or transaction, automate abusive requests, bypass verification, misuse receipts or tickets, or interfere with DigitalSpur services.

Rate limits, access restrictions, investigation, and account or transaction protections may be used where needed.

Refunds, corrections, and complaints

Refund or reversal availability depends on the transaction status, service, event, payment method, and applicable rules. DigitalSpur does not promise one outcome or completion time for every case.

Start from transaction tracking, then contact support with the transaction reference and a safe description. Do not send passwords, payment secrets, ticket codes, or complete token values.

Changes and legal review

Material changes are communicated through an appropriate customer channel and do not rewrite the accepted terms of an earlier transaction.
